Where do I find my license?
Use the license file provided with your purchase or contact support using your purchasing email address. Include the relevant order or deployment reference.
Can I download without an account?
Yes. Public release packages can be downloaded directly when they are listed on the Downloads page. A customer account is not required for public downloads.
How should I report a failed transfer?
Send the exact error, the job or connection name, the component version, and the time of the issue. Attach relevant sanitized logs and describe the expected result.
Do I need an Agent for every destination?
The connection model depends on the system and service you are connecting to. Review the Agents page or contact sales to discuss your environment.
